Brewing instructions (per cup)
Bring 1 cup of water to the boil, add 1tsp of masala cha and simmer for 3 minutes. Add ½ cup of milk and sweetener of choice (we suggest 1.5tsp unprocessed, natural Jaggery per cup), bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Strain with a super fine tea strainer and serve.
We recommend using this traditional method for brewing cha for the most flavourful cup. If you prefer to have yours milk-free you can use the Steeping method. Bring 1 cup of water to the boil, add 1 tsp of cha and steep for 5 minutes. Strain with a super fine tea strainer and serve.
Store in a cool dry place & away from products with a strong odour. The taste of teas may vary with each harvest or with the nature & characteristics of a blend.
