We sweeten our cha with 100% organic jaggery from heirloom Indian sugarcane, slow-cooked in traditional iron woks over firewood. Our jaggery is processed with okra pulp, a natural coagulant that preserves flavour and nutrients, resulting in a deep, earthy, caramel-like richness.
