We honor the rich tea traditions of the Panjab, where tea is lovingly known as cha as in “ahh”, not chai as in “bye.” In Panjabi households, cha is a daily ritual and a pause in the day that brings people together. By calling it cha, we stay true to the region and the roots that inspire us.

  • We sweeten our cha with 100% organic jaggery from heirloom Indian sugarcane, slow-cooked in traditional iron woks over firewood. Our jaggery is processed with okra pulp, a natural coagulant that preserves flavour and nutrients, resulting in a deep, earthy, caramel-like richness.
